These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website capelium.com (hereinafter, the "Site"), operated by Capelium S.A.S., CUIT 30-71892345-6, with legal address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Of. B, C1043AAZ, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic (hereinafter, "Capelium" or "the company").
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing and using the Site, you declare that you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you disagree with any of their provisions, we ask that you do not use the Site. Capelium reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, publishing the updated version on this same page with the date of the last modification.
2. Service description
Capelium operates a digital platform focused on real estate crowdlending in Argentina. Through the Site, users can access information about real estate development projects, learn about participation conditions, and contact the Capelium team. The content of the Site is informational in nature and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Investment decisions are the sole responsibility of each user.
3. Registration and personal data
The use of the Site's contact form implies acceptance of our Privacy Policy. Personal data provided will be treated in accordance with Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and its complementary regulations. Capelium does not request financial or sensitive data through the Site's contact form.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including texts, graphic design, logos, icons, images, source code, and navigation structure, are the property of Capelium S.A.S. or are used under license. The reproduction, distribution, modification, or public communication of said content without prior written authorization from Capelium is prohibited.
5. Risks associated with investment
Investments in real estate crowdlending involve risks, including the possibility of partial or total loss of invested capital. Past returns do not guarantee future results. Capelium does not guarantee any profitability and assumes no responsibility for users' investment decisions. Before investing, it is recommended to thoroughly read the documentation for each project and, in case of doubt, consult with an independent financial advisor.
6. Limitation of liability
Capelium strives to maintain the Site's information up to date and accurate, but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of all content at all times. Capelium shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorized access to information.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Capelium does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of said sites. Access to them is at your sole responsibility.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute that may arise from access to or use of the Site, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the National Commercial Courts located in the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, waiving any other venue or jurisdiction that may correspond.
9. General provisions
If any provision of these Terms is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall maintain their full force and effect. The failure by Capelium to exercise any right or provision contained in these Terms does not constitute a waiver thereof.
